To protect our collaborative workflow and keep projects moving efficiently, all design contracts follow these terms:

Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront before any design work or asset compiling begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final layout approval, immediately prior to the delivery of final vector files or the live launching of a website.
Revision Policy: Every package includes 2 rounds of refinement based on your structural feedback. Additional revisions or major changes outside the original agreed-upon layout are billed at a flat rate of $35/hour.
Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing all final written text (copy), high-resolution imagery/photography assets, and, where applicable, necessary account login credentials.
